    Scharffenberg EK II

    Hi,

Long time ago that I bought an EK II but I simply couldn't resist on this one. How common, or rare, are they in this configuration?

I can't answer your question, but that is certainly one mounted EK2 I couldn't have resisted either!

Harder to find with that wide ribbon plate - and the jeweler that mounted it .

Is mm '75' already known? In my old book of Gordon Williamson 'The Iron Cross of 1939', this mm is still unknown. So if I get it right the Firm of Scharffenberg put it together as an Einzelspange and had nothing to do with the production of the cross itself?

              Regards, Wim
