Non Magnetic 1914 EK2- Post WW1 Jeweler Made?

Hello, thanks in advance for any help!
This is a strange EK. It came in aa grouping that contained a real knights cross ribbon along with other EKs. Here are some quick points about the cross:
- It is a 1 construction
- It is not magnetic
- Ribbon is a period original jeweler ribbon which is sewn closed at the ends
- Was shown to a few people in person, consensus being that it could very well be a jeweler made EK
- The small loop connecting the cross to the ring is loose / turns in place.
- Detailing is much MUCH better then on any fake ive ever had or seen.
I was told that this, if it is a jeweler made EK2, is post WW1, possibly even early 1930s. BUT this is all speculation. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated thank you!

Thanks for the info! Someone posted an identical example on that thread as well, consensus being that its most likely a theatrical piece.
