Souval frame....early or middle war unmagnetic core (Souval type 1core, always with dipping 3)...very late or postwar Souval hardware...missed bended and welded iron pin.
To me it's an original war production cross, a rare transitional mix, with type 1 Souval core and late Souval iron pin (I've seen another Souval like this one, with papers of provenance)...in my humble opinion, of course.
Please, don't weld a postwar Souval pin with the scratch!
