Yes, IMO it is a known fake of the rounder type...but in the ad posted in e-stand I see the seller refers to the thread where it was discussed, so for me it would be Ok.
That thread is open, so you can post there your opinion.

That original reference thread started way back in 2007 .
Lots has changed since then .... also the Rounder KC was considered to be original for a short time .... until the truth came out .
A rounder EK2 is fake and the 333 mark on it is post war . To this day no post war made award has ever been found with a proven original 'mark' from a war time stamping tool .
And the packet is also a know fake .
