Yes, I agree with Jim...I'm sorry Thomas, bad bird.
It is a fake patterned after the Eugene Schmidhäuser spange, but fortunately they copied the BH Mayer spange double line in the legs, so it is east to spot.
This very same spange appears with other bogus makers marks, like L/11 and so on.
