The cross is an original Otto Schickle made cross.
I have seen once before a similiar stamp on the reverse, but don't know what the stamp is supposed to be.

I would pay for this cross around 180€ if I was you!

Hello, again sorry for the size of photos, I didn't realize the size ... I'm not used to post on the forum.

              AndyC, what's period the IMO?

Douglas, after the war, the swastika wasn't on the iron cross right?

Thanks a lot for your answers!

              Regards

What I mean was that the stamp was not made under the war in my opinion

New rule : Maybe all should wait for a few hours before commenting ,so the photos cannot be quickly deleted. I would suspect he may not be french either, nor in france , as there is really no way to tell , just the feeling I got, so , sevous plet repost them here , as we use the photos for future reference to benefit all concerned. Another thing was the question about the swastika , I thought that was
                    classic .

Tin, it seems you are new here, in WAF.
Just to explain you that it's unpolite to ask in the forum and later to remove your photographs.
The idea is to create a large searchable database of info and knownledge with the pics and comments posted by the members...if the pics are removed, the thread will not be useful in the next future.
I hope it will help you to understand the situation.

Somehow the first pics you posted in the forum have disappeared from the forum...nice detailed pics in big size, may be better if trimmed a bit to reduce the size of the images just to the awards ( that is, cut out with less background in the photographs).

You may see the pictures Tin but we cannot ?
I think it says one has to log in to the posting site to see them ?
