War Merit Cross of Iron Cross-review?

Walked into my shop today by young man said grandfather brought the WMK and EK2 back. I bought them very cheap but would like an opinion please?

ribbon on WMK is flat and doesn't glow at all, appears original, please opinions as to originality and approx. value? there appears to be a mark on this WMK but can't quite make it out

Not sure there is too much value there. Someone painted that EK and it's missing its ring. The KVK looks like it was painted too, but then cleaned. Maybe 50 bucks for the lot.

under magnification, the kvk doesn't appear to have been painted but possibly cleaned, are they real?

The KvK is infact an RK of the KvK without swords. It has the wrong suspension loop. We need to have good close up photos of the front and rear of the KvK. We also need a shot of any maker mark on the end of the 6 O'clock arm.

I personally think this doesn't have a chance. I could be wrong but the detail on this piece is crude and it looks like it has paint on it as well which I don't like.
