Opinions on an 1957 RK

Hi there,

I've asked about this RK recently but know nothing about it, it appears to have no MM and I'm asking for opinions about whether its early or late and how much it would be worth?

Looks like a fairly early RK by Steinhauer & Luck with early core and the "mid" type of frame.
