Thanks. Here's an outtake of the photo shoot.

The Luger on the left is a 1936 Mauser and the one on the right is a rare simson produced for the German police and reichswehr in the interwar period between 1923 and 1933 from the Erfurt tooling.

I lack the references to nail down the date of production because only 1925 and 1926 guns were thus marked.
