EK1 1939 Clamshell Opinion???

Hello people,
One guy sent these pictures to me. Sorry, but I have only these bad pictures.
Is it possible to talk something about this EK1?
Is it good? Is it a Deumer EK1?

You should ask for better pics. Hard to tell from these but the post that holds the disc should be tapered and it doesn't look like it is from them pics. At least from the shadow casting off the post anyway.

It's a Floch...low number and wide screw (original Deumer clamshell has a thinner screw)

Deumer used the clamshell disc (sunburst disc) in early iron cross production (both schinkel type and TR type), as well as with EK1 spanges. The very early nut type had a wide stepped base, later nut type was not exactly cylindrical and was rounded at the outer edge.
Other makers used the same clamshell disc in very early and rare crosses (sometimes with the nut in the disc), possibly these discs were stamped by the same supplier.

You can also find 1914 Ek1s with the same clamshell disc, from the same years (wwII) and from the same maker (Deumer).

I agree, it is a Floch fake.
Floch fake's contures remind of a Deumers, but there are obvious differences.
