Let me start by saying hello and thank you for looking at my thread. Im am new to this page never used it before. I am also new to EK1's never had one before.... So i am getting a W&L ww2 ek1 brass core. My question is what things do i look for to make sure its real abd not a knockoff. I have a couple ek2's but i heard there made diffrent so im askin here. The cross should be at my house in a day or two. Also what is a price range for one of these i hope i didnt get ripe off. Ok thabk you again for looking at my thread have a good one. Welcome to the forum. Heaven for german
militaria collectors, and a great tool.
You can be a paying member and post
pictures of items before you buy. Or do a
forum search on similar pieces. Some early
W&L have brass cores, so could be a nice
cross. But condition of the cross is also
important.

Would say I would give 150-200 euro for a
nice one maybe.
