KC ribbon good or bad?

Ribbon is definitely not my strong point, so would like to get experts' opinions on this one. It came out of collection that had a lot of repros but some original items. This one is approximately 14 and 1/2 inches long. It does not glow, and the material feels silky like original ribbons.

Hi the ribbon only has 17 rows in the white section and that makes it bad it should have 25 and there are some with 24 and the least is 23 rows no less . There is also a 40mm wide ribbon that goes with the lazy 2 kc and they can have 19 rows and some have 21 rows .Cliff

Thanks guys! I was reasonably sure it was repro based on the fact that 99% of the high end items in the collection were. I had no money in it so not worried about that, but just wanted to confirm my feelings before putting it in the repro box.
