Looks like a poor casting to me.....but it must be good; as it has the former owner's initials on the back !

Looks bad to me. I have never seen one that is smooth behind the date. I agree that it looks like a poor casting.

Unless you are a very confidant in your field of interest, and you have pots of money to Waste, don't encourage these people on auction sites especially E-BAY who try to sell, the things that they know are heaps of Crap. They will have you over every time.

There are bargains but the other person will always seem to get there first

Spange fake

I would go with the go with the flow on this one, never seen a smooth background on an Original, and I agree entirely with Mr Lee on E-Bay, I have never bought anything from there and never will.
