I am cleaning out my collection of things that I have acquired over the years that do not fit into my focus of Army etc.

Can someone give me an approximate value for this document. It has been folded and shows use which I like more than seeing things 100% mint.

Can the Sailor's name be researched for his assignments involving the Civil War etc. ? I know there are some websites for U-Boot Men etc. I also searched some more general sites for KM personnel but did not find a match and he is not listed as KIA/MIA.

Nice document. He was likely one of the guys who served on a surface ship in the area. As for value, I'd guess $200-$300.
