E.K. II in Issue Bag, Josef Feix

Does anyone see any problem(s) with this E.K. II? The ring is marked 49, which is the maker number for Josef Feix Söhne in Gablonz a.d.N. I never owned an E.K. II by this maker, so I wanted to have it vetted. Thanks!

The cross is a Floch fake and the bag is a fake most likely a floch fake bag.
