EK2 and Ost Ribbon off tunic ?

Anyone have any problems with this tunic removed EK 2/ Ost ribbon?
Never seen this wear before, so I was wondering if this ribbon has been used for this purpose?

* the ribbon is 30 mm wide

* indeed a ribbon bar ribbon, I have seen these also on a role, but never as a tunic
wear, that is why I asked it here. I think in those days (after 1942), with so
many Ost awards, it was possible they use such ribbons! But I can not find pictures
or other evidence of this. This is the only picture of this ribbon I have.
