Wouldn't the non-LDO boxes be for initial presentation awards or early replacements, while the LDO boxes are for later replacement awards? If so, I would think there would have been more LDO replacement SCs than initial issue/early replacements, no?

But I agree that red boxes be for initial presentation awards not replacements, blue for silver and green for bronze - none had markings

for a "short period" we had blue and green LDO
Then, my opinion only, no box marked LDO and ALL green whatever the class is

Then green with no button

Francois, are you referring to the blue LDO case that's like this one in this thread? That has to be one of the rarest of all SC cases as it's the early presentation style blue box, but with the LDO on it.
