KC Ribbon 57?

I picked this up in a junk store outside of Savannah, GA recently. It was rolled up with a 9mm IAB stickpin in it. After, looking through the archives I think it is a 57 version for the KC. It is 47mm wide and 57cm long (ends have been cut). It does not glow under black light and passes the burn test. Can someone help me confirm my assumption.

Looks like my 57 ribbon. It is not scalloped, so it is not pre-45.
