What shall it represent? IC 2 from both wars + IC 1 from WW2? Or perhaps the KC?

Personally I'm not keen on the ribbons .... that and the fact there's both versions of ribbons AND a spange makes no sense to me.

            Hi Sanya

I have to agree with Ian

To me the mini EK II spange looks great but I find the ribbon combination very weird (from my limited perspective). Question being why would the holder have both the 1914 and the 1939 EK ribbons on the same "button" when we know he was awarded the spange in lieu of 1939 cross/ribbon? I also suspect that if the 1939 ribbon was intended to reflect a RK it would be predominant ?

Personally, I would be more comfortable with a KvK II, a Hindenburg cross or a flower campaign ribbon in the second position but wait for more educated opinions

            Regards

            JC

I don't like it at all. Very bad detailing and that fake soft white looking material.
                Kind regards,
                Giel

Here is a my similar solution piece (but the eagle a Boerger & Co type )
                  was therefore strange to me

                        Hi Sanya

The ribbons used on your new buttonhole device make more sens to me than the first one you showed

As for the EK II clasp itself it does indeed look like a Boerger & Co style eagle but I dont find it that strange because I've had a few of these (mounted on knurled pins not buttonhole decorations) for a very long time: pictures attached

                        Take care
