Been reading KC - Søren Kams Bio(Et liv uden fædreland)
Hr. Kam remembers a unteroffizier in 1942 from the officers School being
punishised for wear of a EKI that he was not awarded. He was degraded in front of all, and seem to have been sent to a punishment battalion on the eastfront
