Information on this fake Knight's Cross with oak leaves & swords

Hi all,
I bought this cross in the Bazaar section of the e-stand a couple of years ago, but don't know very much about it's possible history.
Has anyone seen one like this before? Any idea as to when it was made and was it made by a known faker?
The Oak leaves have 800 stamped on the back as does the loop, and the cross has a very faint 800 and L/1? stamped on the reverse of the upper arm.

I think he realizes that. He was asking if anyone knew the faker that made these ...

The cross is a so-called Morigi Copy, named for the seller. They were sold as copies for reenactors, but good enough that many unscrupulous dealers (Charlie Snyder foremost among them) aged them artificially and sold them as authentic pieces. I don't know who actually made them.

The oaks look like a home-made cast job to me.

Thanks for the replies and the info, guys. I've googled 'Morigi copies' and found an exact match.
It's quite a well made cross... For a fake! Any Idea when these crosses were manufactured?
