I have never seen that one before.
Reminds me of the Finish commemorative crosses from wars against the bolsheviks, 1939–44, in its design.
I like it! If original, if fantasy, I don´t now, but I like it!

Oh, and the colours of the ribbon to me indicates, it´s something made after the fall of the Soviet union, it´s the old (and now used again!) Russian colours.
