Hi guys! I'm posting this photos on behalf of a friend who's asking me if this cross is wartime or postwar.

It's attributed to Oberfeldwebel Hans Roeger, KC on 21 September 1944.

He believes it could be a postwar piece..

I think it may be a Morigi with the L/12 marking in that spot, but the dipping ose is the immediate give away
