    Maker of this EK1

    Hello,

    anyone can tell me which manufacturer made this EK1? It is a 3 piece construction and NON magnetic.

              Well lets see now. Souval frames, core not Souval, pin is type K&Q but bent up at end. I will have to say the maker is Orth IMO. One off the makers that did get parts from all over. Any how it´s a geniun EK.

                ok so far we have Souval and Orth as possible makers. Any more opinons?

                  From what i know Souval did use only 2 type off pin´s. And that is not one off them. You can see the others by a search.

                            I think you should keep it. Whit that set up it´s a bit rare.

                              definetely a keeper! You will find that Souval did supply a lot of other so the notion of Orth is not that far out.

                              It's a nice cross and somehow 'unusual'.
