sorry guys I gave duff info. (must have had a blond moment)... Mine was a post war S&L KC from Niemann. It cost me 2000Euros in March 2007. Came with a short original ribbon. I will put pictures up for discussion hopefully this weekend if I can scan in the COA . If nothing else it will widen debate. As I said previously I have no issues with this as it was sold as described.
