marked EK2 id

got this EK2.

In the loop is a maker mark - unfortunately I can´t decode it.

So I need your help, any ideas about the maker?

I'm not an expert on ek2, but for some reason I don not really like it.
Mainly because of the numbers in the date.
Somehow they remind me to Floch ek's.

But then again: I may be completly wrong.....

EK came together with a WIO in the same condition and also without ribbon and a Woundbadge black in worn condition - so the story behind the piece would be OK.

I think the EK is genuine, only the makers mark was poor stamped.
