Hi the cross could have been made any time from1945 till the 1970s he was making them and selling them to collectors. No one here can give you a time when it was made unless the have a crystal ball and can see the pass. The cross was painted again you can see where the paint is on the silver part of the cross and not a very good job of repainting it.
