    Ek2 id ?

Found this is a pocket of an SS dot camo uniform I bought. I am always amazed how the people here can identify these unmarked crosses.

      It is W&L (100),
one strange/funny thing is that the ring which is inside the ring has the correct makermark for the cross.

How this is possible wonders me a bit.

      Best regards,
      Daniel

It is not clear, but seems like both rings are makermarked with the correct makermark(?)
Can you get some close ups?

The condition of the cross you have there is a cross at its best I think, worn with perfect patina on the frame!

              I assume W &L made the chain too ?

                I don't think W&L made chains,
I would say the chain is added by the Soldier itself or some previous owner after the war.
It would explain the 2 rings,
It makes it easier to be worn around the neck or something like a necklace hanging around straight

                who knows?

I wonder what the odds were of getting a matching 100 marked ring?
