EK2 double mm review

I found on a side this the Meybauer double mm piece.
The pictures not too sharp but therefore see.
What do you think about it ?

Looks like the Maybauer frame -- no fat 23 bead - or maybe ?

IMO the frame type is OK this is a Meybauer frame with 2 type Meybauer core.
