    Parade Mounted EKII...Need a Maker

    Any ideas regarding the maker of the EKII on this medal bar?

    this is a very nice medal bar ,the EK1 is a W&L type with 3 type core

      Would this be the same core as this EKII from my collection? Both cores appear to have the descending "39".
