A friend has purchased an iron cross in marked militaria321.com 3 in the ring, but when he has received the cross is not the same as the photographs of the auction site. Which has received also has 3 marking in the ring but is different. To my I think a fake... think?

Well...the "Received" pictures, um, suck, so it's hard to make a 100% comparison. But it does appear that your friend may not have received the cross pictured.
Good photos would reeeeeaaally help out.
