Hello , please tell me what You think about this EK , I did not find any ''45'' maker.

The cross is IMO a 24, but someone else can be more precise about the mark and try to explain it.

It's a 24 for sure. Their MM's are often VERY hard to read. But it is a 24.

I see here 45 in 100 %

The makermark can be mixed with a letter stamp, but the cross itself is a 24.

The reason why it is post war because no original cross is marked 45, only post war markings or fake crosses can be marked 45.
In this case the cross is a original 24 with post war marking.
