                    Oaks

I guess you have Seen this thread(the link), or the article about
this set. There are many variants of the L/12, some of the variants
in the past sold as original, are no longer, believed real. I do not
know much about the subject so can not comment much on the
ones you show. The first (1) have some Nice frosting. But only
                    marked 80 and not 800?.

Maybe some more research (If possible) are needed to say
anything final, for some of the variants?

                    BR
                    Nicolai

                    The known original L/12 set:

                      Hi Ludwig

I am just curious were you have found those Oaks?

I own a set the same as 1b - generally considered fake - not my opinion

I had that set at my home and the last "0" of the "800" is slightly visible under the microscope. Why that is so, I do not know. However, it is a set I consider genuine and produced with the same die as the "Dickfeld" L/12 - 900.

Yes, the first OL is the only one here, that has a chance of being original, IMO.
