    EK 1 Case

    Hello fellow collectors,

    A few questions.
    1. I suppose it is a WW2 case. What is the difference between WW1 and WW2 cases.
    2. What kind of EK1 does beling inside? Just one producer, presidialkanzlei or LDO, or does it not matter?
    3. Is it possible to reconize the the producent?

    Greatings, Bert

Bert you should post in the case forum. Does the insert come out? If it does it will have either 621DB or KB***** (forgot the number) if it is a WWII case. Looks like it has been used to store a wound badge. Jim

I was thinking the imprint looks more like a DRL sport badge. But def not an EK!

Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

I did not notice there was a case forum. It will not happen again.
Opened it and, true, it is an D&B.

True, there was an DRL inside.
is that original in a case with an EK on it?

            Hank and Jim, thanks.

I think someone just stored the badge inside as it is a EKI case. Jim
