Are they good or someone's fantasy . In case they are good what are they?

They are based on the high numbered Panzer assault badge eagle but totally fake as the others have said.

Thank You Sanya and Ian, these I bought Many Many years ago when I started collecting, very cheap that is why I bought them because I had a hint that they are no good.
