Thanks! That was quick! I was thinking the 2nd was a K&Q?

The second could possibly be S&L,
but I am just quick looking at these on my phone.
Lets await for other opinion about the 2nd one.

but it is not a 65 IMO .

            Best regards,
            Daniel

IMO the first cross a Hammer & Söhne but the second cross a Gottlieb & Wagner type

                Thanks Daniel and Sanya.

So there is a potential disagreement. Anyone else have any opinion on the second one? In the meantime I am going to look both up for myself to see if I can eliminate either one.

                  Hello,

I am looking these crosses at the phonescreen (not too detailed pictures) and Sanya is by far more experienced than I am, so I would personally lean towards a 52 as Sanya is stating.
But we both agree on the 1st cross being a 55.

                  Best regards,
                  Daniel

I spent about an hour comparing it to s&l and g&w and to be honest they both look the same to me. One think to note is that the small ring is not soldered at the back and you can see the small circle indicator.
I thought the core looked more S&L but the frame more G&W.

Your 2nd cross Rich to me is a full S&L which we find marked as shown below . S&L has different frames where most have the bottom outside corner tips at about 45 degree angle .
Only one S&L frame type has these almost horizontal point beads .

                        Thank you Douglas!
I was not after all "sailing" away with my guess on S&L

                        All the best,
                        Daniel

S&L it is then. I would have liked it to a 52 as I don't have that maker but even so, it's a nice uncleaned cross.
