EKI Screwback ID/Opinions...

Have had this simnce I was a young buck and wondering if I can get some help identifying it at long last...unmarked, weighs about 19.7 grams, no hallmarks, rear retainer pin mounted at top, no screwback with it...magnetic core, nice tight solder job...all I know...cant remember where it came from (in the mid 1960's)...

Well, I've been out of the EK field for years now but will suggest that it's a reproduction. Please wait for those who are up to date on the topic to offer their considered opinions. This will likely be a learning experience for both of us.

No Problem Sanya...probably why it has been in a junk box for this long....a good teaching tool which I use at gun shows....I keep all my 'mistakes' and use them for teaching tools for younger collectors at Gun Shows and Military collectors fairs in our area....

What gives this away is the date, the date is missing the sharpness. I usually look especially at the number 3 myself to quick ID this so called Floch fake. There is one article pinned up on this page about it, I recommend to read it.
