Hello all, recently purchased these two. As I am new to the hobby, i would like a bit of help in identifying the originality and the makers of these badges Thank you in advance and I hope that I can contribute to this forum greatly!

The top one is an S&L (L/16), the bottom one I would like to see better pictures - close-up, but I don't think it is good. Jim
