Nothing to do with the Wehrmacht. Should be down in imperial as well.

Looks to be an original piece from 1815-1830 (ish) with a later (WWI-era?) ribbon but better photos are required here. Good, well-lit, large photos, straight-on of the reverse of the cross.

I look the pics and I think is one EKII 1914 where was scratched the W, date and crown.

But more and better pics will tell us everything
