Iron Cros 131 help

Another from the inherited collection. Looks like 131 on the ring. Can you confirm if original and if so maker. Also, should I clean this cross as it looks very black compared to some others around the edges.

I have never seen one. But from the look on the EK i will say it´s ok. Frames show high silver content and the core look´s ok. I would say i want it.

Went to take close up of the mark and upon closer inspection I note this reads 137 and not 131. Very sorry for any confusion and thanks for the replies. Is it original?

In my opinion you should leave it as it is. Maybee you could try to gently wash away that dirt around the swastika, but do not polish it.
