knight's cross RK made by JUNCKER L/12

just want to share this cross that will sell shortly at the e-stand.

this is a rare item as the silver content mark is placed just below the ring. as expected in early AWARD pieces. then, got aside an L/12 mark for the LDO. very unususal configuration.
ribbon was war time re-worked with elastic stripes for easier/comfortable display. loop has 800 mark for silver content too ...

    enjoy!

very nice cross and i clearly remeber it being part of the Staudegger grouping that was later identified as put together.

A very nice worn RK, with the right amount of patina

Well it looks like also water/moist had done lots of dammage. It doesnt seem just from wearing, but also like rust/corosion. Still nice though, expecialy the producer.

it's not damaged in any way. no water, no moist, no rust.
tystgaard is right it's a used cross. it has a lot of character.
