Hey I picked up this spange for real cheap back in the day and wanted to know what you guys think! I remember the seller mentioning it may have been refinished, is this true? Ribbon doesn't glow under black light and passes the "burn test"

That's a Juncker 2. Pattern design but we will need much better photos to judge it, as this type has been decently faked (cast).

The ribbon looks like a fake to me.

Anyway, it's a great design.
