Iron cross 2nd class in mount

Is this setup any rare? Its an Iron Cross 2nd class as a single medal in a parade mount. Its marked "65" which is Klein und Quenzer A.G. in Idar/Oberstein

Typical signed K&Q on single medal-bar, for me not especially rare ...
