the rivets dont look right to me for starters any 1 concur?

Hi, I'm quite new to this & I'm trying to understand what makes a fake? Here's my point of view......firstly, the swastika overlaps the edge of the red-orange enamel, the enamel is actually more orange than red & the rivets look wrong, should there be 4 or 6, never been sure of this??? Does any of this make sense & am I correct & on the right track?
