KVK 1st class vaulted type maker?

Please, could you tell me who was the maker of the early vaulted type KVK 1st class without swords and no MM? Maybe Deumer or BH Mayer?

I have one without swords marked with a raised "16" in a circle. A friend of mine has one with swords marked "62" under the pin.
