An other dangerous SC copy

Hi guys

Just got this one in a lot as commission piece for the website. At small pictures impossible to see, but when looking at the scans the lack of detailing, soft edges and dull bronze color appear. Also the L55 stamp can only ring the alarm bell an other time!

So be careful when buying Spanish crosses guys

thank you for showing the copy.

You would only want to write anything of copy, then people would again say it is an original.

The quality is very good. The piece was copied to the unsecured Godet variant.

Only one producer became the hallmark uses no SC has produced.

The HK eagles are too large. The surface is slightly different.

A very good copy successful.

I'm no Spain Cross expert, but you guys seem to be throwing a lot of them away since Hans Günter joined our forum.

You sure that mark is wrong, Giel? Here are a few good ones.

I cant speak for the mark but all can say is the eagles look sloppy to me,SCs are a serious minefield arnt they!

Fair enough. Like I said I don't know the award very well. But I wouldn't think the mark by itself is enough to discard this one, at least not from the one photo we can see.

Id agree with that Trevor,Id like to hear more from men with superior knowledge here.SCs frighten me i must say which is probably why i never jumped on one even though sorely tempted was I a few times!

Trevor, so not sure when, but they've bypassed RK's, DK's and many other awards on being some of the best faked TR decorations out there now, OR some that were previously trashed are really ok.

Unfortunately, there are many collectors, the copy does not want to see. A show of error is of no use.

Copies producers just waiting for this kind of customer and look forward to. For easy earned money will be provided.

You joined this forum, immediately posted some incorrect things supposedly within your area of expertise, and continue to condemn dozens of other people's SKs as fakes. So to answer your question: I don't think there's anything wrong with seeing so many copies -- as long as you're right.

the bad thing is that you are one (of that ones) that has the arrogance to judge for the entire collector community but .. for you sadly, have not the autority to do it. We still have the ability to express our thought !

You will not find a piece where I wrote that it is a copy. And it was not.

Show me such a contribution. You can also search in the tank PTA LC.

But anyway, I do not write anything more about the SPK. Is not a problem for me.

Perhaps other users find indeed better if I write anything to SPK.
