The finish on both crosses reminds me of the Floche fakes. Also, these appear to have the same pins as those found on the Floche awards.
Let's see what the others have to say.

I agree with the rest of the guys.
Having seen a Floch in the flesh recently (within the last 2 months), they certainly look the same pin wise.
