Three Iron Cross 2nd class. No visible markings on the frame or rings.

I would welcome the opinions of the forum as to the makers please?

Will take a stab at it : 1- the one I am not sure of , could be a 16 ?
2- is a W&L small core with the hard to find 1st frame .
3 - a S&L .
