                yes its very sad to see it in that condition
                i would say no Knights Cross winner would do this after the war, they would be proud to of won the Award unless forced to in POW camp or something
                im sure they did not want to lose the war and destroy everything they fought for

                was it illegal to own any Nazi Items in Europe after the war?

                thinking about it if say 14000 RK was made alot could of been lost in battle and destroyed so they could be alot rarer then we think

                  Hi Bob,

                  Looks like it's been fully de-Nazified, poorly re-Nazified (the swas is waaay too small for an L/12 Juncker) and then poorly re-painted.
