Cloth German Cross opinions?

Hello again!
I am possibly going to be picking up this German cross but was curious to see any opinions about it. Also if at all possible, in an effort to increase my knowledge on how to ID these what are the main things you look for in these? I did blacklight this and the white section did not glow.
